I like the location and somehow the decor but it needs to be maintained....nice staff....
The wall in my bathroom (room 115) above the bathtub was cracked ...needed new paiting...not enough space between bed and wardrobe; very pressed and one cannot change or even open the doors properly....good large bed/matress....for a design/boutique hotel it definitely needs refurbishing/updating/new fabrics in the lobby ...lobby supposed to be "hip" but not in vogue anymore; very few guests/clients....furniture in the lobby looks used.....it needs to find better value for the money paid....also: airconditioning was not working properly in the foom and the receptionist when taking the guest to the room, should instruct how to use the lighting system and bathtup/shower mixer..................muito ado para pouco brado !!!

It's near Marais...
Shower tap broken, peeling paint on wall, very noisy if you are above the bar. Absolutely terrible! Boutique hotel should be like Les Suites Taipei, party hotel should be like most W hotels (buzzing bar but quiet rooms). Unfortunately this is just neither.

The room was new-fashioned, airy and complete with separate shower, bedroom and wine. The location of the hotel was perfect - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a meticulously manicured central park. It was set in an awesome area.

Quirky and clean place to stay in, it has extremely helpful and attentive staff with a decent service.

Excellent location (50 meters from nearest Metro) , staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, good internet connection.
Corridors are almost pitch dark. I found the prices of food and drink at the hotel exorbitant.

The only pleasant thing about this hotel was the staff.
The room was tiny- there was no room to open the wardrobe. It was in poor decorative order - paint peeling from the bathroom wall, toilet leaking onto floor, curtains/ blinds inadequate.Bed was unconfortable. It was very expensive for a very unpleasant stay. The hotel concentrates on design rather than comfort or quality. I chose this hotel because your website stated that it had a swimming pool and spa and booked what was supposed to be a "superior double room". I was disappointed that it didn't have pool or spa but even more disappointed that the room was so poor for so much money. A very nasty experience.

The vibrant decor added a unique charm, complemented by an comfortable bed dressed in crisp linen. Efficient staff provided excellent service, especially during breakfast with standout grilled fish and fresh fruit. The room felt a bit cramped was great, and the noise from fellow guests in the morning was disruptive.
